Toppy Constructions Pty Ltd, known as ToppyCon – was established in Wyalong NSW in July 1998 and has since moved to Forbes. In that time, ToppyCon has engineered it's place in the Riverina and Central West through a focus on the highest quality products and services, designed with the customers’ needs in mind. ToppyCon have forged long lasting and highly valued relationships with its customers through a no-nonsense, results based approach that enables client confidence in shaping the outcomes they desire.
ToppyCon has a strong foundation in industrial and agricultural equipment manufacturing, ensuring the utmost attention is given to understanding what the customers goals are, then getting the details right in the construction and delivery of cost effective solutions; meeting immediate needs - but not at the expense of reliability or future service requirements.

Russell Brown, Director of ToppyCon has been engaged with the manufacturing business since 1981 when Millers Metals employed him to operate and manufacture quarry equipment. Russell is a qualified mechanic and welder with an extensive knowledge of farming earthworks and engineering. Russell has two great inventions to his name - the “Seeder Feeder” and the award winning ‘Hybrolight’ Hybrid Diesel Electric lighting plant – designed, engineered, tested and proven for its significant diesel savings, CO2 reductions and cost savings. Russell built his first mother bin in 1996 and first chaser bin in 1997. Russell at ToppyCon knows the things that work well – and importantly – the opportunities for improvement based on firsthand knowledge of historical practices across many situations. This organisational learning has been thoughtfully retained and put to use in the application of experience in the design of tailored and contemporary solutions for the farming sector.

These standards are in alignment with ISO9001 2019 requirements along with an openness to any other suggested methods may allow ToppyCon to deliver on and exceed wherever possible on its quality goals.
This is then supported by having the best possible systems, processes and associated behaviours that will support this goal; with the (P)PDCA Cycle improvement methodology the main process ToppyCon will employ to activate and realise its quality objectives with its teams.
ToppyCon will take steps to ascertain and make as clear as possible any appropriate metrics and measurement systems to ensure that its clients can have confidence in the results they receive.
ToppyCon will also work with its clients to develop satisfactory metrics, specifications and tolerance levels so that its staff and contractors may be engaged with timely feedback and employ improvement methods to correct any identified out of specification work or improvement opportunities quickly; minimising impacts to time, quality or cost of the project.
